The traditional farmhouse from the 19th century is located in a small village about 20 km outside Sárvar. The house was completely renovated in 1998 and adapted to current needs. It is characterized by partially large open spaces with plenty of room even for several families. The exposed ceiling beams create a rustic Hungarian atmosphere.

On the first floor we find a large living room with tiled stove and adjoining kitchen as well as two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and utility room. On the second floor there are two large open living/bedrooms in loft style plus a bathroom and WC.

The house is equipped with gas central heating and air conditioning. Alarm system and satellite TV complete the technology.

The large plot is divided into a garden and a field behind the garden.
In the garden there is a pavilion for a shady sitting area a large double garage/workshop where there is an additional open living space on the upper floor. Next to it we have a double carport, a shed and a wine cellar.
