The house near Lake Balaton from 1955 was completely renovated in 2023. In addition to a new interior of the house, the roof and walls were also completely re-insulated.

One enters the house via a wooden terrace and is initially in an open kitchen and living area. The kitchen was newly installed as part of the renovation. Large triple panoramic windows allow a beautiful distant view over a valley with vineyards. A bathroom and another room complete the floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house is connected to electricity and water. The waste water is released via a pit to be pumped out. It is heated with a new heat pump. 3x32 ampere connection is available.

Here you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy and yet you are quickly at Lake Balaton.
