The pension is located in a small Swabian village on the edge of the Bakony Mountains and is a destination for hunting and hiking tourists as well as workers for the surrounding communities.
The pension has 8 guest rooms each with bath, shower, TV and minibar. The pension has a small restaurant with 30 seats and an attached kitchen. The owner's house has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, office, bathroom and a small kitchen. All windows are fitted with fly screens.
Around the house are 3 terraces including covered outdoor seating and an outdoor kitchen. In addition, the ensemble has various storage rooms, an outdoor cellar and several small animal stalls. 10 parking spaces offer enough space for the guests.
The heating can be operated with gas or with wood. The water heating is supported by solar panels. TV reception is via SAT.
With the price/performance ratio, comfortable multi-generational living or a community of friends taking care of small animals would also be conceivable with a little conversion.
